Our Leadership Accelerator Online Program offers leaders a cost and time effective way to build skills and practices. You will learn alongside other leaders from other organisations, benefiting from their experience in a rich conversation that extends beyond your business and industry.
The program is delivered over 4 consecutive weeks with our 4 modules outlined below.
Each interactive webinar is 1.5 hours long, per week.
You can expect activities, lots of conversation and movement – yes, we get you up out of your chair!

Our workshops are highly interactive and you will be encouraged to speak, share your views and ask questions.
If you can’t attend any one of your workshops at the time allocated we will send you a recording via email so you don’t miss out.
What we cover in 4 weeks online
Week 1 - Restore and Build Trust
Learn the power of assessments that cause mistrust, diagnose when and how trust is breached, and learn how to engage in a conversation to restore trust.
Week 2 - Listen for Possibility
Discover the unhelpful listening habits that undermine your success as a leader and learn new ways to listen so that you can identify concerns, insights and possibilities.
Week 3 - Make Powerful Requests
Reveal the limitations of your current requests and learn an architecture for an effective request that will help your team deliver on time, on spec and to standard.
Week 4 - Coach to Build Capability
Learn the power of coaching techniques to support your team members to self-solve their concerns, identify opportunities and release you from micro-managing.
